Extreme load-bearing strength and maximum reliability are absolutely crucial in the aerospace industry. Examples of this are our flexible elements in the new giant Airbus A380, the Eurocopter EC 135 helicopter, in Rolls-Royce aircraft engines or the Ariane 5 rocket.
Our special metal bellows systems isolate vibrations and ensure a pleasant and smooth flight. They control the pressure level in both the supply circuits on board the ISS space station and in the drive of rudder and flaps in aircraft wings. A trim tank located in the horizontal tail unit is supplied and kept mobile by a coaxial metal hose system. A large number of metal hose lines increase the service life in hot air and oil circuits of aircraft engines. Even electric cables can be safely laid inside a fuel tank thanks to our cable guides.
Our range of metal hoses and expansion joints satisfies all the common aviation standards and is therefore approved for standardised applications without additional modification.
