When our customers carry out modernisations or build new plants today, we supply metal hoses and expansion joints developed for different applications: from flexible connections that run through the shell of blast furnaces to ensure the supply to the cooling elements (staves) in the blast furnace walls up to the lance hoses that are employed as flexible oxygen supply lines in steel production. But there are also specially lined large expansion joints with  a diameter of over 4 metres for recuperators or expansion joints that have to function continuously under high pressures and enormous temperatures in hot blast systems.
