The provision of suitable connection possibilities for metal hoses, bellows and expansion joints with connecting parts or piping represents an important added value and a sophisticated development service for many of our customers in widely differing markets. In many cases it is not the flexible metallic component alone that represents a successful problem solution – it is the package of separable and non-separable connection and flexible components.
In the Joining Techniques development group, Witzenmann therefore develops and optimises standardised programmes of joining techniques and customised joining techniques for both the industrial make-up of flexible lines and for self-assembly.
Our specialists provide advice on the selection and design of the joining technique under technological and economic aspects, take care of any necessary tests, qualifications or certifications, etc., and are thus competent contact persons in all questions concerning separable and non-separable connections of flexible metallic elements.
